Ravi K Sinha is Chairman of EVI Board of Directors. He has experience in building market leadership, negotiating international treaties, raising organizational capability, and handling mergers and acquisitions. He has worked as CEO for several years of a multi business organization. He was president of the Refrigerant Gases Manufacturers Association and Vice President of Association of Synthetic Fibres Industry.
Naresh Chandra has held senior positions in the Indian government. He was Chief Secretary of the state of Rajasthan, Governor of the state of Gujarat, Advisor to the Governor of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, and Secretary to the Ministries of Water Resources, Defence, Home Affairs and Justice. He was Cabinet Secretary from 1990-92 and was appointed Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister during 1992-1995. He was also the Ambassador of India to the USA during 1996-2001.
Raja Parthasarathy is Senior Managing Director with IDFC Private Equity, an Indian infrastructure-focused private equity manager which manages about US$1.27 billion across three funds. He is currently on the boards of various investee companies of IDFC PE. Prior to joining IDFC Private Equity, he was Executive Vice President – Finance with Jet Airways, and was earlier with UBS, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. Raja holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MA in Economics from Tufts University and a BA in Economics from Hamilton College.
Vinod Kala is Founder and Managing Director of EVI. He has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions combining technology and finance and has led the expansion of EVI into the areas of carbon markets, renewable energy and technology development. Before he founded EVI, Vinod spent a decade as a business consultant, handling cross-border mergers and acquisitions, large-scale financial re-engineering, and the launching of new ventures.
T V G Krishnamurthy has more than 40 years of management experience at Indian, Chinese and multinational companies across Asia. His industry experience includes Food, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Packaging and Plastics, and Information Technology. He has worked with Grindwell Norton, Kalbe Pharma and Cadbury, and was on the board of SRF. He has also mentored a number of innovative start-ups in the areas of IT and biotechnology.
Rajan Pandhare is Co-Founder of Kalpan Hydro. He has been involved in building technology businesses across Europe, the US, and India. Rajan is also the Vice Chairman of Imperial Innovations India, a joint venture of Imperial College UK for India; and a Board Member of The Children�s Investment Fund Foundation, which is focused on addressing the educational, health, and water and sanitation needs of children globally.
