Vinod Kala

Vinod has Over 18 yrs of experience in Business Strategy, Financial Engineering, and Organizational Development. Vinod holds PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad (1986) and a Mechanical Engineer (Malviya NIT Jaipur, 1983). He is currently consulting at top level with a few medium sized corporates, known for their business excellence and leadership.

Vinod is known for his creativity, strategic thinking, financial skills and facilitation skills. He has led in creation of successful strategic alliances and acquisitions in India and SE Asia. He has done a number of innovations in the area of Process Based Organization – a subject he has been involved with since 1995 and has facilitated many successful re-designs.Vinod operates out of Delhi.

Ashutosh Pandey

Ashutosh leads the CDM practice of EVI and works in the Delhi Office. Prior to working with EVI he has worked with a leading management consulting company in India. Ashutosh has also consulting experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, IT, Sugar, Paper, Automobile etc.

In EVI Ashutosh has developed many successful CDM projects and has built strong network with various stakeholders involved in CDM process. Ashutosh is a Chemical Engineer from HBTI Kanpur (1999) and has done Post-graduation in Management from IIM Calcutta (2002). Ashutosh operates out of Delhi.
